
Steve Mann, owner of Home Energy Services, is headquartered in San Luis Obispo. He has been involved in the construction business for more than 20 years and possesses a strong knowledge of sustainable building practices. His specialty as a builder is extremely energy-efficient residential gut renovations and small additions, with completed projects from San Francisco to San Luis Obispo. His focus is now aimed at assisting architects, contractors, developers, real estate professionals, and homeowners with sustainable design and construction practices and improving the energy efficiency of existing homes.
